Dear Valued Customers,


We regret to inform you that Poko Card is currently unable to continue providing services to our valued users. Our banking partner has made the unexpected decision to discontinue support for cryptocurrency-related businesses. This abrupt development occurred overnight, and we are committed to promptly sharing this unexpected change with you.
We are currently in discussions with other potential bank partners to resume the program, but there is no clear timeline. We will reach out to you once there is any update. Please rest assured that your funds are safe. You can withdraw them immediately at zero fees and receive a refund on your top-up fees (pro-rated based on the current balance).
What this change means to you:
Your card is no longer operational.
We have refunded any top-up fees of the unspent amount to your balance (pro-rated, please check your transaction history).
You can withdraw all the balance back to your wallet without any fees, anytime until 30 November 2023 (Singapore time, UTC+8). Please make sure the withdrawal wallet is the correct one.
Any balance exceeding US$500 still earns 4% p.a. interest until 22 October 2023.

任何超过500美元的余额仍然会在2023年10月22日之前获得4%的年利率。
