我想表达，但是怕自己写的意思表达错，激怒主机商。。

我想说的是：

如何能保证下次不发生这样的事情? 这已经是第二次了，每次都会导致2-3小时的无法访问，我的客户很生气的。那个服务器将如何处置他，对我造成这样的损害，我不希望有第3次。

Please make sure that this will not happen again. It happened twice in the past. And every time it caused a downtime of 2 to 3 hours. My customers are very displeased. I require this issue to be addressed seriously and appropriately. And I don't want this to happen a third time. I reserve the right to take further actions.

以上翻译非常正式，措辞比较严肃但是有礼。
